Live Stream Pack Opening
Packs purchased from Veil Rips - TCG will be opened on live, to provide an engaging and interactive experience for our customers.
If you'd like to keep your pack's / box's sealed, please let us know prior to opening

ALL PACK'S WON'T BE OPENED UNTIL YOU GIVE PERMISSION!

Non-Returnable and Non- Refundable items
Once a pack has been opened on a live stream, the cards inside are considered damaged and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

THIS POLICY INCLUDES ALL CARDS!

Non-Exchangeable
We are unable to exchange goods given the nature of collectables and card games.

Change of Mind Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind
